Liturgical Committee:

Liturgical Scheduling: Helps schedule ministers for all Masses.

Liturgical Supplies Coordinator: Keeps inventory of all liturgical supplies, (i.e. Hosts, wine, candles, etc.) orders and stocks items when needed.

Coordinator: Arrives 30 minutes before Mass to unlock doors, check for special needs, informs other ministers of any special events and fills any ministry vacancies from the assembly.

Sacristan: Arrives 30 minutes before Mass to set out the sacred vessels, makes sure there is enough hosts and wine for the consecration, and has holy water and incense available if needed. This person also makes sure all items are cleaned and put away after Mass. Training required.

Altar Servers: Assists the priest at the altar. Training required. Must be 3rd grade or older and have received the Sacraments of Baptism and Communion. Video Training Available.

Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion: Assists Priest and Deacon in distribution of The Precious Body and Blood of Christ. Training required. Must be at least 18 years old and have received the Sacrament of Confirmation.

Reader: Proclaims the Word of God at Mass. Training required. Must have received the Sacraments of Baptism, First Communion, and Confirmation. The exception to this is that children may act as proclaimers at children's Masses.

Usher: Welcomes community, assists with seating, offertory, distribution of bulletin and straightens up pews at the end of Mass.
